Estate loans to take executors from stuck to sorted.

Being an executor comes with pressure. You may suddenly be faced with legal fees, tax deadlines, and property costs.

Probate doesn’t often move quickly, but costs do.

Our estate advance loan lets executors cover key costs upfront, including Inheritance Tax, without paying out of pocket or waiting for the estate to be settled.

Funds are repaid from the estate later. Giving you space to focus on what matters most: closure and clarity.

We work with executors and professional firms to make the process simple, transparent, and fair.

Your executor loan is usually repaid directly from the estate once it’s settled - no monthly repayments, no hidden costs, and no surprises.

What they left behind shouldn’t leave you stuck, so our loans:

  • Cover inheritance tax, estate debts, legal fees, and property repairs
  • Start from £10,000
  • Require no monthly repayments and are usually repaid when the estate is finalised
  • Interest is charged on a simple basis.
  • We charge a 2% arrangement fee - no other hidden fees or surprise costs
  • Fast approvals, often within days

What you need to know

We want to help you understand how this loan works and what it could mean for you:

  • The loan amount, including interest and any charges, will be repaid from the proceeds of your inheritance.
  • The loan is repaid before any payment is made to you, which may delay or reduce the inheritance you ultimately receive.
  • If your inheritance proceeds are not sufficient to repay the loan in full, you will not usually be responsible for paying any shortfall.
  • If you breach the terms of your loan agreement, or if your inheritance is not received within 12 months, the loan may become repayable before any inheritance is received.

What you'll pay and when

Fair, flexible legal funding.

When costs can't wait, our estate loans give you the breathing room to move forward - with no monthly repayments required.

For example:

If you borrow £15,000 and repay after 12 months, the total repayment would be £18,169. This includes £2,869 in interest and a £300 arrangement fee (at 18.75% annual interest and representative APR of 21.2%).

Disclaimer: All loans are subject to eligibility and responsible lending criteria. Rates depend on the estate’s circumstances and value.

How repayment works

When the estate is settled, the executor repays the probate loan directly from the estate proceeds.

That means no required monthly repayments and no financial burden while you manage the process and focus on your future.

In rare cases, like if the loan terms are breached or the estate is not finalised within 12 months, repayment may be required before the estate is settled.

We do not provide legal or financial advice. If you’re unsure, please seek independent advice.

Seamless process from start to finish

Seamless process from start to finish. Could not fault the service. Without access to funding to support her legal fees, our client could not have afforded representation. It helped her to achieve an outcome that now leaves her financially comfortable and cushioned for the rest of her life.

Ampla finance a lifeline in the fight of my life

Ampla finance are and continue to be a huge lifeline to myself to be able to divorce my narcissistic abuse husband of over a decade, without the extra worry and anxiety of dealing with how I fund my divorce. It is a service that I am sure not many women and men in my position know about. If you know you have a reasonable amount of marital assists please consider asking solicitor about a litigation loan as it’s the best way to help you fight the fight of your life to be able to live your life in peace and financially secure. It’s a short term debt to a long term gain for your future. This company have been very professional and very much empathetic with my breakdown of my marriage. And would like to thanks them.
